For best results:

• In the shower: Dispense a small amount of oil into your hands, lather between palms, and gently massage onto wet skin, then rinse with lukewarm water. Avoid hot water, as it may further dry out sensitive skin.
• In the bath: Add approximately five pumps of oil directly into the running bath water. Bathe as usual and rinse if desired. Pat skin dry with a soft towel, avoiding vigorous rubbing.
