• Braun Thermoscan 7+ Ear Thermometer IRT6525:
  1. Ensure the thermometer is clean, with a fresh lens filter attached.
  2. Turn on the device by pressing the power button.
  3. Gently pull the ear up and back to straighten the ear canal.
  4. Insert the thermometer tip gently, aiming towards the opposite ear.
  5. Press and hold the temperature button until the thermometer beeps (usually within seconds).
  6. Remove the thermometer and read the displayed temperature.
  7. For repeated measurements, wait one minute between uses.
• Braun Pulse Oximeter YK-81CEU:
  1. Press the power button to turn on the oximeter.
  2. Insert a clean, dry finger into the device’s finger chamber, sensor side up.
  3. Remain still and wait for the device to display your oxygen saturation (SpO2) and pulse rate.
  4. Read and record values as needed. Remove your finger and power off when done.
