This Document Outlines The Terms And Conditions For Participating In The Life Price Challenge (TLPC).


1. What is “The Life Price Challenge”?

TLPC is a unique campaign from Life Pharmacy, challenging any prices of products sold at Life Pharmacy vs any other retailer in the country (Pharmacy, Supermarkets, Ecommerce sites). This is to provide customers shop and buy products confidently at Life pharmacies, than worrying or concerning about prices available elsewhere. In case of any of those products purchased at Life pharmacies are higher in price than elsewhere, customer would get double the value of the price difference in the form of gift voucher in Life Mobile App.

2. What Categories and Products covered in TLPC?

All Non-pharmaceuticals covered in the price challenge. Medicines and pharmaceuticals price controlled and not covered in the price challenge.

3. What is the criteria for TLPC?

Identical Product: The product must be the same brand, model, and size (as applicable), autherized from the genuine marketing suppliers or outlets.

Availability: The competitor’s product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase.

Proof of Price: You may need to provide proof of the lower price, such as a current purchase receipt, instore picture,broucher,and online platform.

Time Frame: The price match request must be the date of purchase.

Georaphics: products must be available in same geographic area. United arab emirates

Validation : invoice number must be validated.

Time – challenge will be valid till 31 January 2025.

 

4. What are the submission requirements?

Submission of request, QR code will be available on products, in store and in our website scan it for upload below details.

Step 1- life pharmacy invoice copy of same product, with validity minimum 7 days of purchase.

Step 2- Proof of the lower price at the power retailer catalogues, purchase invoice photo proof in stores display, and online portal screenshots.

Step 3 – Invoice photo if purchased from other retailers.

Step 4- personal info

Once submitted, life help desk will verify information provided and get back to you within same day through WhatsApp communication.(maximum 24hrs).

 

5. How can I claim the value?

Life help desk will verify details provided up on verification, double the amount of price difference will be generated and credited to your application as gift voucher in your mobile application.

Vouchers produced can claimed in all life pharmacy outlets in UAE. Excludes

  • Selected UPM model pharmacies
  • Health and glow pharmacy
  • United pharmacies.

7. How can we claim gift voucher?

You can use those vouchers for further purchases on products listed in redemption guide at specific life pharmacy outlets. Voucher cannot be applicable on medicines and pharmaceutical products.

8. Who are the power retailers & retailers?

  • Power retailers include physical stores of pharmacies – Aster, super care, Binsina, and Nahdi pharmacy.
  • Online - Ecom platforms like Amazon, noon and Iherb.
  • Super markets – lulu hypermarket, Carrefour.

9. What is the policy on matching gift vouchers?

  • Life reserves the right to value the gift vouchers issued under best price guarantee policy.
  • Life reserves the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue the best price guarantee program at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you.
  • Life reserves the right to cancel a previously matched or paid item if it is found that a customer has violated or circumvented the best price guarantee terms & conditions.
  • In the event TLPC believes that the best price guarantee is being intentionally abused or manipulated, we reserve the right to cancel the match and request the difference from you and to reject future best price guarantee claims from any persons who participated in such actions.

Receipt is important to verify your purchase price, purchase date and details of customer. So price matching can’t be proceeded without that.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

6.     Online portal invoice value will be equal to life pharmacy purchase value including delivery charges, still voucher will be offered?

In any such scenario, power retailer price matched with life pharmacy product price there will be no GV offered to the customer.

7.     If Customer utilized coupon or affiliations to purchase product from other power retailer?

Customer must have valid receipt from life pharmacy to be eligible for the challenge. Customer will not offered any GV because product discounted due to special discount.

8.     What if receipt price matches with offer price in power retailer?

Hence, life pharmacy offers lower price, there will be no GV offered.

 

REQUESTING A PRICE MATCH

9.     How do I request a price match from TLPC?

Please scan the barcode available on products, store pos area or in our website to reach out to customer service with your price match request,tell us about lower price in other retails that can be matched in our store, then we will verify and review, get back to you with a gv if your purchase matches with all the criteria.

10. What if customer purchase price is high in life pharmacy compared to power retailer price?

Example if life pharmacy price on particular product is 100 dhs on purchase receipt, where customer claim that in power retailer has same product is lower or in promotion buy 2 get 1 offer that Makes same SKU price to 66.6 dhs, customer can claim price difference double value as gift voucher by following claim process.

11. If customer receipt price was high, even after promotion applied in life pharmacy compared to power retailer price?

Life pharmacy price on particular product is 100 dhs after applying affiliations, where customer claim that in power retailer price was 90 dhs the difference double value as gift voucher by following claim process.

Yes, you can with a valid receipt from life pharmacy and a valid a proof from power retailers.

13. What can customer purchase with GV offered in my mobile app?

Customer can purchase all GV Covered products in retail catalogue available in all pharmacy. Medicines, baby care, some of nutritional supplements and pharmaceutical products are excluded.

14. What will be the validity of GV?

GV will be valid from the date of produced to 30 days.
