Sinomarin® Children Isotonic is an isotonic seawater solution (0.9% in NaCl) rich in minerals & trace elements. Cleanses the nasal cavities by removing accumulated mucus and adherents such as pathogens (eg bacteria & viruses), allergens (eg pollen, household allergens), dust and pollutants, through mechanical action helping to maintain health and the avoidance of secondary ENT. infections. Helps relieve nasal symptoms such as congestion and hypersecretion of mucus that may be caused by e.g. common colds and allergies, helping to improve nasal breathing.
