G7 updates apple health with a 3hrs gap. I bought this tracker to understand better how certain foods and trainings influence my glucose but gain time gap doesn’t help me. Also I have to calibrate the tracker few times per day as the readings are a bit off compared with the readings I am getting from a traditional glucose reader with a lancet

The best invention in recent times. This device and technology were mind opening to many things. I took eating ice cream and having sweets for granted and apparently I was having too many glucose spikes and even sometimes low sugar without noticing except feeling sick a little bit…. this is a must even if you're not diabetic
