Hold the spray at a maximum of 5cm from the skin and spray evenly, ensuring all exposed areas are covered. Massage gently until fully absorbed. Reapply every 2 hours, and always after swimming, sweating, or towel drying. Ensure adequate quantity is used to maintain the full protection factor.
