How To Use: To be used externally for arthritis, fibrositis, lumbago, shooting pains, stiff neck, back ache. Can be used discretely under clothing in regular use. The patch can be cut to the required size given the active ingredient is concentrated evenly throughout.

• Step 1 Clean the aching part with soap and water.
• Step 2 Dry the skin thoroughly.
• Step 3 Gently remove the paper liner of the plaster.
• Step 4 Cover aching part with plaster and smooth out with hand.
