Maalox Plus is used to treat the symptoms of too much stomach acid such as stomach upset, heartburn, and acid indigestion. It is also used to relieve symptoms of extra gas such as belching, bloating, and feelings of pressure/discomfort in the stomach/gut.
How To Use:
Adults (including the elderly): Take one or two tablets 4 times each day - Take 20 minutes to one hour after meals and at bedtime or as required.
Children: Children Maalox Plus Tablets are not recommended for children.
Active Ingredients:
- 200mg of dried aluminium hydroxide gel
- 200mg of magnesium hydroxide
- 25mg of simeticone
Allergy Information:
This medicine may contain aspartame. If you have phenylketonuria (PKU) or any other condition that requires you to restrict your intake of aspartame (or phenylalanine), consult your doctor or pharmacist about using this drug safely.
