• Ensure you are relaxed and seated, with your feet flat on the floor and back supported.
• Slide the cuff onto your bare upper arm (left or right), positioning it about 1–2 cm above the elbow. The display should face forward.
• Tighten the cuff snugly but not too tightly. Make sure the tube lies in the center of your arm above your artery.
• Press the Start/Stop button to begin measurement. Remain still and do not talk during the measurement.
• The results will appear on the display within seconds. For consistent tracking, transfer your readings via Bluetooth to the Omron Connect app.
• Take measurements at the same time daily for reliable tracking. Avoid measuring immediately after eating, exercising, or consuming caffeine.
