Otrivin Dual Relief Nasal Spray :

• 0.05% Xylometaxoline hydrochloride 
• 0.06% Ipratropium bromide 
• Unblocks your nose and stops runniness.

How it works :

Unlike other nasal decongestant sprays, Otrivin Dual Relief Nasal Spray contains 2 active ingredients, Xylometazoline hydrochloride and Ipratropium bromide. First, Xylometazoline unblocks your nose by reducing swelling of the mucosa. Secondly, it helps sinus drainage so mucus can be drained out, easing painful sinus pressure. Thirdly, Ipratropium bromide acts directly on the cells producing excessive mucus to stop runniness. And finally, it helps reduce your sneezing by blocking the sneezing reflex.

When to use : For adults from 18 years old and above. Otrivin Complete Nasal Spray is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of nasal congestion and rhinorrhoea associated with common cold.

Precautions : You should not use Otrivin Complete Nasal Spray for more than 7 days. It should not be used during pregnancy and breast feeding unless your doctor recommends it.

How to Use : Otrivin Dual Relief Nasal Spray should be administered as follows: 1 spray in each nostril up to 3 times per day; at least 6 hours should elapse between 2 consecutive doses. Do not exceed 3 applications daily into each nostril.

• Clear your nose.
• Lean forward slightly and insert the nozzle into a nostril.
• Spray and breathe in gently through the nose at the same time.
• Repeat for the other nostril.

If cold symptoms persist or worsen consult your doctor or pharmacist. To avoid possible spread of infection, only one person should use each pack
