HOW TO USE 

Steam inhalation: 3-12 drops to a bowl of steaming water/facial steamer. Inhale for 5 to 10 minutes up to 3 times per day. Direct inhalation: 1-6 drops to a tissue and inhale occasionally up to 3 times per day. Bath: Mix 2-8 drops of the essential oil with the same amount of Puressentiel neutral Base and Shower and then add the mixture into the bath. Remain in the bath for 10 minutes for maximum benefit. Use 2 drops of essential oils the first time; you can go up to a maximum of 8 drops. Once a day. Dilution of essential oil: Mix 2 to 7 drops with 5mL of vegetable oil. Local application: Apply diluted essential oil to targeted area up to 3 times per day. Body massage: Apply diluted essential oil once daily. Do not use essential oil undiluted directly on the skin.
