Bathing with magnesium flakes is an effective and relaxing method of transdermal mineral bathing that has de-stressing benefits for the mind and body.

Directions:

Dissolve 1 - 4 cups (approx 250g-1kg) of flakes in a warm bath of 37-39°C. Relax and soak for 20 minutes. In pregnancy, use 1-2 cups (approx 250g-500g) and ensure the bathing water is around 36°C and never higher than body temperature. Keep sealed in a cool, dry place as flakes turn to liquid on contact with moisture.
