 Fish Oil: The EPA and DHA found in fish oil are readily available to your body to utilize. These constituents of omega-3 help decrease inflammation and pain in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis and are known to improve cardiovascular health and reduce cholesterol levels.

 Flaxseed Oil: Contains the essential fatty acid Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), which the body converts into eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which is the omega-3 fatty acids found in fish oil. Clinical studies suggest that flaxseed oil and other omega-3 fatty acids may help treat a variety of conditions - lower cholesterol, lower high blood pressure, PMS pain, constipation, etc.

 Borage Oil: one of the most abundant sources of Gamma-linolenic acid, or GLA, an omega-6 fatty acid mostly found in plant-based oils.
