Normal energy-yielding metabolism Normal function of the nervous system Normal psychological function Natures Aid Vitamin B12 tablets are a sublingual supplement, which means they are designed to be dissolved and absorbed under the tongue, bypassing the digestive system, for maximum absorption.

Directions:
Take 1 tablet per day with food. Allow to dissolve slowly under the tongue or alternatively the tablet can be chewed or swallowed whole.

Do not exceed the recommended intake. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
