Oceanic Long 4L Eyebrow Serum 3 ml

Directions of Use:

Apply the serum using the applicator on the clean, dry skin from the inside to the outside of the eyebrows or areas that need concentration. Apply every evening. The product is safe for people who have undergone chemotherapy treatment. The product can be applied to permanent makeup and henna eyebrows.
