• SENALAX is a granular preparation consisting of Plantago Ovata and Cassia Angustifolia, providing natural relief from constipation. The active ingredients include Plantago Ovata Seed (Ispaghula Powder), Plantago Ovata Husk (Ispaghula Powder), and Cassia Angustifolia (Senna Pod Powder). The product also contains excipients such as sugar, gum acacia, talc, and various oils.
• Plantago Ovata seed and ispaghula husk act as bulk-forming agents, rich in dietary fibers and mucilages. They collectively increase the stool’s mass and water content. When consumed with an adequate amount of water, the swollen mucilage mass mechanically stimulates the gut wall, modifying gut mobility and transit rate.
• Cassia Angustifolia senna pod acts on the intestinal wall, increasing peristaltic movements in the colon.

How To Use :

The recommended daily dose should be followed as directed by a physician. SENALAX granules should be swallowed whole with a full glass of water and should not be chewed or dissolved. For adults and children aged 12 years and older, the recommended dosage is 5g to 10g after the evening meal.
