They have sent an OPEN SIMILAC FORMULA MILK for my baby. The can was open wasn’t sealed. Later when we wanted the product to be returned and replaced by the new one, they said it’s not returnable. For the first time I was very disappointed by Life Pharmacy. After raising complaint the parcel was picked up but till now no update on the refund.
