Shiitake (Lentinus edodes) is a popular food in Asia where it originates from. They are one of the most cultivated varieties of mushroom.

Maitake (Grifola frondosa) is a mushroom native to the mountains of Japan. It can be translated from Japanese into dancing mushrooms. Similar to Reishi mushroom, they are a source of beta-glucans and polysaccharides.
