Ashwagandha belongs to a unique class of medicinal herbs known as “adaptogens.” Some of the most famous adaptogens include panax ginseng, siberian ginseng, rhodiola and holy basil. Adaptogens are broad-acting in the body and promote a healthy stress response (by increasing resistance to stress and decreasing sensitivity to stressors).

Suggested Use: 

(Adults) Take two (2) capsules daily with water.
