For the optimal benefit of your child, follow these instructions carefully:

1. Wash hands and sterilize all feeding utensils thoroughly before preparation.
2. Boil fresh water for 10 minutes. Allow the water to cool in the kettle for 30 minutes until it reaches about 40°C.
3. Measure the required amount of cooled water (refer to the feeding guide) into a sterilized bottle. Do not use water boiled more than once.
4. Use the provided scoop only. Level off with a clean knife – do not press the powder down.
5. Add the correct number of scoops to the water. Adding too much or too little powder can be harmful to your baby.
6. Cap and shake the bottle vigorously for 10 seconds to dissolve the powder fully. Replace the cap with a sterilized teat.
7. Check the temperature on your wrist (should be approx. 37°C) before feeding.
