This toner, designed for oily skin type, helps soothe skin without greasiness  by controlling the oil and moisture balance. Excellent moisturizing ingredients,  Eucalyptus and Apple Mint extracts, in the toner prevent skin breakout. This  product clenases and rehydrates outer layer of skin while leaving the inner  layer moisturized and soothed.

How to use: After cleansing, moisten a cotton pad and gently sweep across the face, moving along the entire skin surface to refresh the skin.
