Warm :Take a small amount of product and warm in your hands. Place one leg up on a stool or stable surface. {3 seconds}  Apply : Using both hands, smooth the product over the skin, from the ankle to the top of the thigh. Repeat this action. {8 seconds} Drain : Use the draining pressure by wrapping both hands around the ankle, working upwards towards the top of the thigh. Repeat this action 6 times. Apply the product in the exact same way on the other leg. {20 seconds}
