How to Use : For adults and children aged 6 years and older: Unless otherwise directed, take 1 tablet 3 times daily. For Children under 6 years of age: Unless otherwise directed, take 1 tablet daily. Take the tablet half an hour before or after meals, and allow it to dissolve slowly in the mouth. For small children it is recommended to dissolve the tablet in a little bit of water.
