Refresh and awaken with our unique Sinus Clear Essential Oil blend. Combining lemongrass, lime, grapefruit, and peppermint, this refreshing blend will help relieve the symptoms associated with hayfever, sinus infections, and cold & flu, leaving you feeling refreshed.
Directions of Use:
Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops in your diffuser to clear sinuses and purify the air.
Steam treatment (respiratory system): add 2 drops of essential oil blend to a bowl of steaming hot water. Caution due to the risk of burns or scalding and keep eyes covered during treatment as peppermint steam may cause irritation.
Compress: to a bowl of water add 2 drops of essential oil. For treating inflammation or to cool down use cold to room temperature water. Agitate a face washer in the water, wring out excess moisture and apply washer to the chest, repeat two or three times.

Citrus paradisi (grapefruit) peel oil, cymbopogon schoenanthus (lemongrass) oil, citrus aurantifolia (lime) oil, mentha arvensis (peppermint)
