Flora's HI-Potency B Complex provides you with the proper balance of 8 essential B vitamins to support the proper metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. These vitamins play a key role in supporting tissue and red blood cell formulation. In addition, Flora's HI-Potency B Complex provides vitamin B1 and vitamin B5 which support a healthy response to stress.
Flora's HI-Potency B Complex is an excellent source of folic acid. Women who consume healthy diets with an adequate amount of folic acid may reduce their risk of having a child with neural tube defects. Folic acid intake should not exceed 250% of the daily value (1000 mcg).
Directions of Use:
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Other Ingredients:
Vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, water), magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, and dicalcium phosphate.
