HOW TO USE

Gracial contains 22 tablets: 7 blue (numbered 1 to 7) and 15 white (numbered 8-22). Take your tablet at around the same time each day, with liquid if necessary. Every time you start a new blister of Gracial, take the blue tablet number 1, which is in the upper left corner of the blister, and mark the day of the week by punching the foil of the corresponding day on the left side of the blister. This way you can easily check whether you have taken your tablet every day. Follow the direction of the arrows until the 22 tablets are finished. In this way, you will take all the blue tablets first and then all the white tablets. In the following 6 days you should not take Gracial, during which a period will appear (withdrawal bleeding) that usually starts two or three days after the last Gracial tablet. Continue with the next blister on the seventh day, even if you still have your period. This way, you will always start the packs on the same day of the week and will have withdrawal bleeding on approximately the same days each month
