Eligibility:

·      Packages are available for individuals aged 18 years and above.

Fasting Requirement:

·      For accurate results, we recommend 8-10 hours of fasting before availing the package.

Consultation Timing:

·      Doctor consultation should be scheduled within 7 days of ordering the package.

·      If Applicable, only 1 doctor consultation will be available for report review.

Treatment:

·      Any treatment arising from package findings will be applicable only as per Doctor's discretion and may be chargeable.

For packages with Free Consultation:

·      Applicable only at the Medical Centre/GP Clinic at which the test is availed.

·      Wellness health checkup packages may not serve under any acute illness.

·      All packages bought are non-refundable.

All packages:

·      For packages & free consultations, only 1 Doctor consultation will be available for report review

·      *If a package does not include any doctor consultation services, the consultation option will not be applicable to that package.

Note:

The mentioned package is not available at JVC Medical Centre.
