HOW TO USE

• Drop, dissolve and drink normal drinking water
• To maintain the body's fluid level, prepare a solution of 1 tablet per 500 ml of water
• Adults and 12+ years: Drink 500 ml before, during and after exercise
• Maximum dose: 2 tablets/day
• Do not store above 25 degree C away from heat and moisture
• Do not store prepared solution for more than 8 hours outside of a refrigerator
• If refridgerated, the solution may be stored for upto 24 hours
