Precautions for Wearing :

Remove the jewelry worn on your hand, palm up, tie the strap to your hand.

Tie To The Wrist :

• Wrap the wristband around your left wrist firmly, leaving 1-2cm between the cuff and the bottom of your skin.
• The monitor should face the same direction as your palm does.

The Correct Position :

• Keep the device at the same level as your heart.
• Do not move your body during measurement.

Start Measuring :
