Xylo Acino, which is intended for use in the nose, constricts the blood vessels there, resulting in decongestion of the mucosa in the nose and the surrounding area of the nasopharynx. Xylo Acino thus aids breathing through the nose during colds and rhinitis. The effect is felt within a few minutes and lasts for up to ten hours. Xylo Acino does not impair the function of the ciliated epithelium.

Xylo Acino is  a preservative free nasal decongestant used to reduce symptoms of nasal congestion, allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis

Directions of Use :  Adults and children aged 6 years and older Nasal spray 0.1%: 1 puff of the 0.1% nasal spray into each nostril, whereby 4 applications per day are usually sufficient. Method of administration : Remove protective cap. Before first use, pump several times until a fine, even mist is produced. During the spray procedure, breathe gently through the nose. Insert the spray opening into the nostril and firmly press the spray head of the nasal spray once. For further applications, the nasal spray is ready for use without further pumping. Put the protective cap back on after use.
