This toner balances pH level, controls excess oil production and prevents formation of new acne. Formulated without 12 additives like mineral oil, ethanol, phenoxyethanol, methylparaben, propylparaben, tar colorant, triethanolamine, benzophenone-3, benzophenone-4, benzophenone-8, benzoic acid, sorbic acid.
