Details
With a strong herbaceous scent, Chamomile 3% (German) Essential Oil is a calming essential oil, with anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties. Chamomile is an anti-inflammatory for the mind. Gentle and sedating, perfect for children and adults alike.
Directions of Use:
Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser.
Massage: Because it is already diluted, Chamomile 3% is safe to use directly on the sin.
Bath: add 2 to 3 drops, in a dispersant such as oil, to the bath.
Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower.
Topically: Mix 1 drop with 5ml / 0.17fl.oz carrier oil and apply to the desired area.
Ingredients:
Chamomilla recutita (Matricaria) flower oil in a grapeseed base.
