Rosemary essential oil has a refreshing, stimulating herbal fragrance, which can help to clear the mind, increase mental awareness and improve memory. It is also known to promote hair growth, ease headaches & mental fatigue and relieve muscular pain.
Skin & Hair: Can help promotes hair growth.
Body: Can help stimulate the mind, improve short-term memory and increase energy.
Wellbeing: Clears the mind and promotes mental awareness.
Directions of Use:
Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser to enhance brain function, stimulate creativity and improve concentration.
Massage: Use a 2.5% dilution; 50 drops per 100m / 3.38fl.oz carrier oil.
Bath: Add 2 to 3 drops, in a dispersant such as oil, to the bath.
Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower.
Topically: Mix 1 drop with 5ml / 0.17fl.oz carrier oil and apply to the desired area.
