Directions of Use:
Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser throughout the day to calm the mind, balance hormones and uplift mood.
Bath: Add 2 drops to a warm bath to unwind after a busy day and restore the mind.
Topically: Mix 1 drop with 5ml/0.17fl.oz carrier oil and apply to wrists and back of the neck as a perfume.
