Suggested Usage

Shake the bottle well before use. Use the measuring cap provided and do not drink directly from the bottle. Take preferably before a meal. Adults and children 12 years and older: 20ml twice daily. Children aged 5–11 years: 10ml twice daily. Children 3–4 years: 5ml three times daily.
