The Puressentiel True lavender essential oil is extracted from the flowering tops of the plant by steam distillation. This essential oil, which figures prominently in aromatherapy, is an extremely versatile essential oil.
AROMATIC MOLECULES : Terpenic esters (linalyl acetate andlavandulyl acetate), monoterpenols (linalool and lavandulol).
Directions of Use:
To be applied on the skin: Yes (undiluted on a small surface, diluted in vegetable oil in case of repeated applications, on a larger surface or if the skin is sensitive).
To be swallowed: Yes
To be inhaled: Yes
Precaution for use:
As with all essential oils, common lavender oil is prohibited during the first 3 months of pregnancy. It should not be used during breastfeeding.
However, perfectly harmless, it can be used on babies (from 3 months old), young children, all ages, even undiluted on the skin.
Indication:
Insomnia, major or minor irritability, anxiety crisis, and chronic anxiety, stress. €¦and the following symptoms: tachycardia, asthma (of nervous origin), digestive pain, headaches, nausea, vomiting, etc. All conditions and infections of the skin: acne, allergy, burns, (including shaving rush), scars, rosacea, eczema, bedsores, itching, infection, insect stings and bites (all insects), wounds, psoriasis, ulcers, cracks.
